    My ex hit me what can I do to put him in jail
    He punched me in the face breaking my glasses and I don't bruise easily but I had swelling around my left eye and I'm bruised a bit they arrested him and let him go home this isn't the first time on record he has put his hands on me what can I do to put him away

    You did all you can do, you can talk to the DA ( or Crown) depending on where you are at.
    But it is up to the DA and/or the judge is he gets jail or not.

    If he is a ex, why are you hanging around him?
