    How to overcome fear?
    I have a fear of going out on my own, without anyone with me. I have a fear of driving without someone with me. I have a fear of things going wrong at my job.
    It seems that I have fear of most things in a negative way. I think of the worst of all situations. I am dependent on my husband for everything I need and need to get done in my life. I fear that I can not be helped. This fear is getting me down. What can I do to change my life of fear?

    Look into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
    It has helped me immensely. If you cannot afford a private doctor,
    County mental health has therapists on staff.
    Also, it is helpful to write down all your fears on paper,
    So you can read them back to yourself and see how silly
    And unrealistic they are, Also, a mood-stabilizer might be in
    Order, like Triliptal or Lexapro. Mainly, talk to a doctor, not
    A PCP, but a mental health professional.
