Will I go to jail before a probation hearing
I am on a 3 yr probation for a strong armed robbery, I was just recently arrested for DUI, and I know I was guilty so I'm pretty sure my probation is going to be violated. I reported to my officer and told him about it and he said that he is going to violate me, if I'm found guilty but he also said not to worry since its my first violation. Then he told me the next time I report I would have the hearing in his office with the hearing officer. I just want to know will I be going to jail at all during this whole probation violation period?
