    Divorce in USA for Indian marriage
    Hi ,me and my husband are married in India and now we want to divorce in USA . We have a kid who burn in India .what is the procedure to get divorced in USA with out going to India??

    If you both now live in the US and have established your residence in the state where you are living, you just file, does not matter where the marriage took place.
