    Custody
    I am 16 years old and would like to move in with my 20 year old cousin. My parents have said that I can move out but am I legally allowed to live with her with parental consent?

    As long as your parents are willing to give your cousin legal guardianship, yes. But since you are a minor you have to live with a legal guardian.
