    Sleep Phobia?
    I don't know if this is really sleep phobia or not. Lately I've been very scared of sleeping. It's because I'm scared of my thoughts I'll be thinking and my dreams ill be having. I usually panic If I think of something I don't want to think and I keep thinking it so I just stay up late at night until like 6 in the morning. Is it sleep phobia?

    When do you sleep? Do you nap during the day sometime?

    Have you seen a doctor about this? You need at least 6-8 hours of sleep every 24 hours.

    Putting a name on it isn't helpful or important. I take it you are able to sleep without fear around 6 am?
    Most sleep experts I've read say to always get up if you can't fall asleep within a few minutes. Watch TV, read, have a light on, get on the computer. Sleep on the couch if you have one and feel that is safer from bad dreams or fears.
