    New mom and don't feel sexy.
    I had my son 6 months ago after being married for 5 years and now I just don't feel sexy or good enough for him. Any ideas to help get back in shape and back to making him happy?

    Its great when mothers want to get back into shape because it usually rubs off on kids. As a mother I take it your very busy so for breakfest try some oatmeal very high in fiber to add some health an flavor add some berries to the oatmeal (blueberries my favorite).

    Every second in the day is a chance for exercise before I became an athlete I was groggy constantly why not sprint to the car instead of walk why not jog or bike to the corner store rather than drive

    Only buy lean meats although they may cost a little more they taste better and are better for you.

    Yoga always good.

    If you don't have time for a 30 min jog Do some intense training were you go at full intensity Weight lifting-heavy bag-uphill run

    Doing this will help get you back in shape ,and it will provide create a healthier environment ,and a better example. For your child
