Parent with visitation rights does not show
What is the length of time a parent with visitation rights does not show up to see children and you can file for abandonment for her to no longer have any rights what so ever? She has been gone since Christmas night with out even a phone call. Can we file and take all her rights away?

No you can't file for abandonment and no you can't take her rights away. You can't force a parent to be a parent.

If she doesn't show for her scheduled visits, you can go to court and ask for a modification of the visitation schedule.
