    Just because he was there.
    A friend of mine is in jail awaiting trial beacuase, he went to the drug dealers house purchased some weed and the Guy gets robbed.his D.A was found at the scene, he has prior convictions that prevent his ability to O.R.. (own Recard) now he faces His 3 strike and his 2nd strike was silent for the taking of a can of beer after 2am I read that our first amendment states that due processes was every citizen of the united states. So due process did not play a part in the whole. What. Can my friend do? He don't have money to even for a affordable a lawyer. Is there eny anyone who will represent him pro-bo-no?

    Due process? That's not in the First Amendment.

    "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

    Due process is mentioned in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.
