    Early 90's TV series where they had green or blue jewels on their neck
    It was a earlier science fiction TV series. Not from the sci fi network I don't think. Most everyone had taken some form of gene therapy that made them live longer. But the side affects made some revert to a more primitive state. (almost a cave man). The jewels on their neck showed them who they could couple with out having children with the side affects. One character even had a black jewel on his neck.
