    Car accident
I had an accident on June 15, 2012 Washington, DC. I was driving straint on H street between 24th and 25th street and this guy was backing up from where he works. At first I clack him but I guess he didn't hear me, he hitted me to the driver side of my door through the back side of his car. After the accident I immediately called my insurance company and told them what exactely happened. I asked my insurance company agent if we need to call police and she told me that it's not necessary to call a police if my car is drivable. That's why I didn't call a police plus the man who had an accident also told me that his company are going to fix for my car. But at that time his manager was out of her office, so I didn't took his insurance policy number. But after I waited this long his company told me that they are not going to fix my car, because they said their employee told them that it was not his fault. At last, I want to make a lawyer and I don't have personal injuries the accident wasn't that much. So please if u have any lawyer you recommend please write me. Thank you.

What does the other driver's manager have to do with his getting into an accident? You should ALWAYS get the other drivers ID and insurance information whenever you're in an accident - by law they must give it to you. At this point you should stop talking with the other driver's company and instead work through your insurance company - part of what you pay them for is to help you with this kind of situation. You don't need a lawyer (at least not yet) - what you need is your insurance company to pursue the other driver for cost of repairs to your car.

Agreed, you have made enough errors, let your insurance company handle dealing with their insurance.

Yes, just turn it over to your own insurance and they will contact them, they will have to provide them with their insurance of your insurance will sue them.

I get the sense of it, of course, but I'm unfamiliar with "clack". Anybody ever seen that word before?

Well, interesting. Here is a definition.
