    Foreclosures
My house has been foreclosed which and was never given a 3 or 5 day notice to vacate, instead a sheriff and 2 lawyers showed up to get out of the house within 5 minutes.I have 15,000 sq ft of house fully furnished, impossible to vacate without ample notice, my worker took out most of the gold plated bathroom fixtures, now the new owners don't want to give back our personal property until we give the fixtures back, what are our rights?

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. However, under US federal law you have to be given 90 days notice to vacate. You don't say how long ago the foreclosure was finalized. I suspect you ignored some notices.

On the other hand, you can't remove any fixtures. As soon as the house changed hands, you no longer owned any of the fixtures and taking them out is theft and you could be prosecuted for that. So I would give them back and get your belongings before the police get involved.
