    Birth control question
I am 31, have twins, and have been on the pill for a long time. Recently I was having issues sleeping, bloating, etc. and decided with my husband to stop my birth control after the last pack (3 weeks ago) to see if it would help elminate some issues I was having. Since then I stopped dairy and a few other food items that have helped my issues. With that being said I would like to go back on my pills because I am too nervous about becoming pregnant again, something we do not want at the moment. Can I start my new pack of pills now or should I wait until I get my period and then start?

Try the Depo shot, it lasts 3 months and has no side effects.
