    Mobile home title
    I am looking at a mobile home for sale. It does not have a title, but they said that they have papers to show they own it. Is this okay and safe to do?

    Not really , a few questions

    What is the age of the home ?
    Where is this at, and if the US have you asked for the serial number of the home to check with the DMV on who actually owns it
