Retouch/refresh faded color and retouch highlights
Out growth is about 1 1/2 inches. Hair has highlights and the color on the rest of the head has extremely faded. If I use the same color to retouch, it won't match because of the fading. The person wants me to apply color over entire head then redo the highlights. I'm worried that her hair will be too damaged if I redo the highlights and/or break off. What's the best way to refresh color while retouching color and highlights?
