Cost of installing PEX in a 2 story 2900 square foot home, repiping only the attic
I will be repiping all the existing pipe in the attic of a 2 story home with the PEX product. I have a bid of $4975 for the job. Is this reasonable?

To estimate your job we'll need
1- The overall developed length of the Pex and its size.
2- A material list of all the Pex fittings
3- The hourly rate of the plumbers
4- How many plumbers on the job.and their rate of pat
5- The number of hours the plumbers told you it would take.
Can you furnish this information? Back to you. Tom
