    Period 10 days early?
    I am 35. I have 3 kids. My period is usually very predictable and regular. This month it came 10 days early and lasted for 2 days. I was lighter then my normal periods. What can it be? Stress?

    Periods can be off for many reasons. Illness, stress, medication, weight loss, weight gain, you name it.

    Most women have an off period at least once in their life.

    If you're concerned then see your doctor. Sadly we can't tell you what's going on. It's impossible to give a diagnosis over the internet.
