Our 22 yr old son moved from our home on12/5/11. He holds only a Georgia Ftovers Zlicense and all mail is delivered to the Georgia address.
Hey flew back the third weekend and came to our home to find the keys, Title and Bill of Sale he left behind but now wants to drive back YO Georgia. He asked if he could stay up to a week to get temporary tagsand Insurance etc. His mom and I said OK.
It is now 7/23/12 and he is still here. He finally got Bjob as a dishwasher 6/2/12 but got fired on 7/22/12 for not coming in leVing work early etc. He is ADHD, bipolar and onssesive Defient. Been on meds since age 5. His 18th birthday he stopped and refuses to take meds. He is verbally abusive has been physically abusive and I a
Disabled. He is lazy. lies and cheats and owes thousands in medical bills but won't pay anything and says medical folks can screw themselves.
He won't leave and has done a lot of damage you our home and furnishings. We typed up a general agreement like Teo kids would do. Nothing legal, motorized or anything.
Says clean up your room, be respectful, mo verbal Buse and since working to pay $67.50 per week. We are already a fMily of 4 without him. This $67.50 per week is to go toward his portion of Electric. Water, Sewer, phone, cable, Internet, food, use of laundry(detergent included) and a ride to work if needs it.
It says nothing about room and board or the room or premises or a space.
He decided Teo weeks ago to stop paying as he wants to smoke pot, drink beer, cigarettes and chew tobacco. The mint hw did give us the $67.50 was like pulling teeth to get.
