A person's weight would not usually affect the seal, and there are no "special seals" for heavy people. Possible answers include a leaking tank, or crack in the flange, or crack in toilet, or toilet not being installed correctly... ANY leak is going to become apparent around the base of the toilet and/or cause leakage through the floor. It really has nothing to do with a person's weight--unless they are rocking back and forth on the toilet causing it to loosen at the base. Hope that helps. : )
