    Writ stay of execution
    Do I have to file a writ to stay of execution along with my motion to set aside default & judgement in order to stop the judgement before its executed by the sheriff & fight the civil csse against me?

    Yes. A motion to set aside a default judgment doesn't affect the validity of the judgment until the motion is granted.
