Red bumpy
Hi I have had a rash on my right ring finger for almost four months now I don't know what it is. If I use water or any cleaning products it flares up I got this ring free in the mail and started wearing it and that's when the rash appeared and I had to take the ring off. It is red bumpy itching and sometimes started bleeding a little and it sometimes gets white bubbles on it I need to know what this is and what I should do please help.
