    Texas ,pay tax in Kentucky
    I live and work in Texas, my employer is based in Kentucky. Do I have to pay Kentucky state income tax?

    No!

    The state of Kentucky has no legal standing to tax your income. Only Texas has that standing, and they choose NOT to tax your income.
