    Heavy bleeding during menopause
I am a 51-year-old woman and have not menstruated for 2 years. I woke up last night bleeding very heavily. Is this a normal part of menopause?

Even minimal spotting is not normal after, or during menopause; so you should not be experiencing a heavy flow at this time. Make an appt. with your doctor and get checked out please.
