    Child custody
    Back 7 and half yrs ago I got in trouble and gave my ex mother in law temp. custody of my boys. Since then the boys have been liven with me the whole time becides for 6 months. How do I go about getting custody back of them. Please help me. The children live with me.

    ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    Was the agreement ratified by a court? If not, just sign a document rescinding the previous grant.
