    Deferred judgment violation
    If I got a misdemeanor theft and I'm on a deferred judgement can my po take me right when I tell her

    Yes definitely. Part of your probation terms require you not to violate any laws to include state laws. A misdemeanor is a violation and regardless of whether you tell her or not, she will find out. It may even come out when you face these charges. Your best option is to talk to an attorney and tell your po all about this. You will have to face this eventually.

    Yes, they can, they often don't, but they can. On deferred judgement often you may remain on probation, but will just lose the benefit of it not showing up on your record.
