No hot water on one side of single level home
I have a single level home on a slab in Western North Carolina. There is only slightly warm water coming out of the kitchen faucet and second bathroom on other side of the house. Drained hot water heater and still nothing. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you

I have a new (1 year old) single lever kitchen faucet that has normal flow when the lever is turned to the cold side but only a small trickle of water come out when turned to the hot side. I changed the disc with no results.
