Sewer smell when air conditioner and washer are running at sme time
    Hello,
A few days a go I noticed a sewer smell in my house. We changed the filter in the air conditioner and the filter appeared to be wet. I then noticed that in our garage on the wall next to the air conditioner (inside unit) the concrete was wet. I noticed a pattern that when the washer was running and air conditioner was on the concrete floor would be wet. The days that the washer is not running the concrete tends to be dry. The washer is on a separate wall from were the inside air conditioner unit and the wet floor is. I find myself questioning if one has anything to do with the other. The sewer smell appears only when there is water on the concrete floor in the garage. I don't know what to think any more. I do need to figure this out soon as I am not sure if the sheet rock is going to mess up in the garage.
