Hello,

I recently got caught in a friends car with about 0.3g of methedrone, which is a class be the tiniest bit in my pocket which I forgot that was even there, I have to go to magisterate courts next week because it is my second offense my first being very similar happening about 4 years ago, and it is my first time. I cannot believe it has even come to court, I have had to bring the hearing forward as I am going on holiday my court date is 23 and my holiday in spain starts on the 25th, this shouldn't effect my holiday should it, I will obviously plead guilty, am I just expecting a fine to happen to me, Thanks
