My work won't let me work with light duty restrictions
Currently, I've separated my shoulder, my Dr thinks I should have surgery although its not mandatory. So he's put me on light duty restrictions. Either way my work will not allow me to come back to work on light duty as they see it as a risk potential as I could be hurt further etc. I work as a Lead in a warehouse I work directly with 5lb shoes on a daily basis. What are my options?

    Find a new job ?

You don't have options, they are not reqiured to let you work unless you are released for full duty.
