Father gone after a year and 4 months with no child support
My boy just turned 3, his biological father moved away to California and I have a child support case open on him but I have not received anything in a year and 4 months. How do I go about getting his last name off the birth certificate and making my boys last name mine? Can I file for child abandonment?
