My springer spaniel is not eating
My female springer spaniel, she is 13, has started acting strange, she has always had dried dog food, but over the past months she spits bits out, I am thinking is it her teeth? She walks round spiting out its all over the floor, but since Friday she has not eaten any of her food, I have given her ham, corned beef, bread she has eaten that and we had pizza at the weekend and she had a little slither, her poo is OK, she wees a lot anyway... always drinking, she also had a few crisps, had some bacon yesterday and I have bought her some dog food, which she has lapped up...

I have checked her and she has lumps on her stomach but we had them checked out a while back and they were not cancerous, but I am thinking if we did operate I don't think she would survive, she has not had a litter, she just seems to be down a lot and no motivation..

Today I have been working at home, and looked down, she had wee'd and has never ever done anything like that is was everywhere, I cleaned it up, but she generally looks doppy, should I be taking her to the vet, but when I go the fridge she is behind me..

Her behavior has changed - that's never a good sign.

She could be in pain; she could be sick; it could be anything.

I question her diet - even a sliver of pizza, crisps (whatever they are - ?), bacon - when she's otherwise not eating. I believe these are all salty foods and she has "old kidneys" by virture of her age.

Yes, she needs to see a Vet. She might be hungry but can't digest the food.

You say you bought her some dog food. What has she been eating?

I agree that she needs to see a vet. And I would lay off the human foods, especially those types of processed and salt laden, fatty things. If you are going to try human foods because she will not eat her kibble stick with boiled chicken or hamburger with rice.
Drain off the fat, no skin, no fat, no bones, no seasoning.
I am curious about the lumps though, I realize you said you had them checked are they lipomas? (fatty tumors) or are they mammary masses?
I ask because I am gathering from your post that she is not spayed.
