There has to be a way
My wife and I had our parental rights terminated some years back. I appealed the decision and the case eas sent to appelett court. I started to get a lot of forms from the court which I gad no idea what to do with. As a result, I lost track of what was going on and currently have no idea what is going on or what to do. I know that everyone says once rights are terminated that's it but I refuse to give up. There has to be some process I can begin in an attempt to get my daughter back.

I hate to be harsh about this but you already gave up. When you started getting overwhelmed by the forms, you should have hired an attorney. In fact, you should have hired an attorney as soon as they tried to take your rights away.

Now its been several years. Your child has been placed with another family. No way a court is going to overturn that and give your child back. I know you don't want to hear this but you need to move on. When the child is 18 you can register to try and regain contact.
