    Sunnah about wearing trousers
    Assalamalaikum,

    Is it sunnah to sit down while wearing your pants or trousers? Please let me know if yes then please let me know the source for this hadith.

    I am unsure if rules of dress differ within branches of Islam.
    But I do know that here in america, and in my circle of Islamic friends, many women wear pants.
