Cant remember old cartoon
This cartoon had a red head with a big blue bow on it and worked for some evil creature... there was also some mud monster in the cartoon. Any ideas of what this old cartoon movie was called? I have a photo of myself when I was little in the 90's watching it, in a scene where this girl is digging in a mud hole with a basket in a very scary looking place.
