So there are four people involved in this problem, I'll make up fake names for us all.
Me: Anna
My boyfriend/best friend: Jacob
My boyfriend's ex/ my ex friend: Natalya
My really good friend/my boyfriend's really good friend: Zack.

Okay so Jacob and I have been best friends for about six months now. I can talk to him about anything and he's always been really sweet. At the start of our friendship, he was going out with Natalya, and loved her to pieces. He would always send her hugs and kisses on Skype and over text, but he had a crush on me too, and everyone knew it. He told me he loved me more than her but that I was "too perfect to risk losing." and that he didn't want to go out with me in case we ruined our friendship. I loved him too. Then Natalya and him broke up. Soon after this, Jacob asked me out. I said yes, but a few hours later he changed his mind and broke up with me. I was really upset and angry, but I decided to forgive him because I love him so much. (Probably a mistake, I don't know.)
Anyway, so we continued our friendship, and about a month or so later, I was asked out by Zack, so I said yes.
However after he found out we were going out, Jacob said to me "I love you. I want to go out with you but I mucked everything up." I said "I love you too, and I want to go out with you too..." and so I broke up with Zack for Jacob.
However then Jacob had to go on holiday for a week, and while he was gone Zack and I became really close, and to be honest I started to have feelings for Zack again.
When Jacob got back, he asked me out, and I said yes.
But ever since we started going out, I have had the feeling that Jacob didn't ask me out because he likes me, but because he didn't want me to go out with Zack. I also feel like he loved Natalya more than he loves me... he doesn't send me kisses at all and hasn't really talked to me at all since last night when he asked me out. I feel really angry and upset at him, and feel like we're on a constant cycle... and that he'll just keep breaking my heart again and again.
Please help me, I'm upset and heartbroken and don't know what to do. Do I break up with Jacob? Do I give Zack a chance? Zack still likes me.

How old are you guys?
You all need not date each other.There is too much history. You are not the only 4 people in the world.
You hoping from one person to the next every other week. Why do you have to date either of them? Just be friends since you don't know yourself who you want to be with.
