    Red wire
    On a white rodgers1F86-244, does the red wire go on terminal RH or RC ?

    Actually if you have a one transformer system it will go to both. READ the instructions that came with the thermostat. It explains it all about jumpering the Rh-RC terminals if you only have one transformer and most modern systems only have one.
