So for past 2 weaks at night I hear things being picked up and felling some one trying to tuch my schoulders and its only happens in my room at night when I'm alone and just a minute ago I heard a ct meix from under my beed and scrating then isaw a flash of white light threw my window I have been staying up all night tell 2am and I am sotried during the day know

You heard what under your bed? A ct meix? Are you trying to say a cat meow?

Seeing a flash of light through you window could be nothing more than a car passing somewhere. It sounds to me that you may be fearful of one thing and that is making you fearful of everything. Not every light and sound is paranormal. I cannot necessarily explain something touching your shoulder but if you are hearing things in your room I would suggest you set up some type of recorder to see what is really going on.
