    Car burning
    Am I covered for damages if my car was damaged by a car that burned in a parking garage?

    If you have comprehensive coverage, your insurance carrier will pay for the damage and then most likely subrogate against the other car. However, if you don't have coverage, you will need to prove that negligence by the other driver caused your damage. The gagage will not cover the damage to your car.
