    What should I charge for a onetime clean of a 3,000 sq ft home?

    It depends on where you are located. You can call up a few cleaning companies to see what they would charge. Not only does square footage matter, but you should also consider the number of bathrooms, etc. In my area of CA, it would be $100-125.

    The cleaning charge will depend on many variables such as location, is it a one time clean or reoccurring clean, how detailed is the clean (deep/general), are there inside pets (pet hair), will you be using your own supplies... you get where I am going with this the question is much more complex and more info is needed to adequately answer your question.
