    Downloading trouble
    I Have windows 7 and I keep getting an error message every time I try to download something.

    Here is what the error message says.

    System. ComponentModel.Win32Exeption: The System cannot find the file specified
    At

    Restart IE without plugins enabled as this is what's causing the problem.
