Why do I always shake & my heart hurt?
Recently in school I'm shaking basically all the time, like in class I can't look at something without shaking or when the teachers talking I'm always panicking and fiddling with my pen cause I don't know what to do with myself. Also I get very paranoid, I'm always in fear when I'm at school, I don't know why... but it's getting worst, today after class I just burst into tears and when I got of the bus. Iv'e always been terrified of embarrassing myself, I get bullied quite a lot.. and I have aspergers to so everyone thinks I'm weird cause I get help, even though I don't really need it, it's just a mild form. I try everything to be as normal as possible lol.. Anyway also my heart hurts, it might not be my heart but it's around it, it's been like this for a few month now but really hurts and it's getting worst since iv'e been paranoid. Things arnt very good at home either and I'm very stressed as I'm doing my GCSEs + I'm only 15 :P
Anyway if someone could help me find out what's wrong with me I would be extreamly grateful! O and I have constant panic attacks I'm thinking it could be anxiety or something but not sure, cause would that effect the heart? Thanks for any help! |
