Hampton bay ceiling fan remote will not reverse direction of the fan
I have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan with factory installed remote.
Remote can operate the following functions, fan on - off, fan speed, high, medium, low, a light including dimmer and reverse.
I don't have a light installed so cannot check that function, however fan speed works and most of the time the fan on-off works but almost never can I get the direction function to work. Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Jim
