More info needed. Was the purpose of pouring new upstairs patios to stop leaks elsewhere? Do the patios drain properly away from the building? If patios were poured to stop leaks, what was the plan? I am not saying that the patio connection couldn't cause a problem-but just trying to understand what has been done and what was the hope?
