A/C not cooling below 80 when outside temp is 98. A tech came out and replaced the expansion valve, and recharged the unit but it is not keeping our house cool during the day, and in the early morning when the temp. is at the set temp. the a/c will not cut off.
I just purchased a new compressor last year. Seems like my air is not cooling. What could the problem be? Do we need to get the a/c serviced every year?
