    Niece left abonden in another country what can USA embassy to help me do
    MY sister in law fled to Mexico to avoid the legal prosecution and ended up abandoning her children their and now the Mexican authorities say I have to wait until they doprt them back but till then I have no Idea how they are what can I do. My niece was born in CAlifornia what can I do to help her.Who do I turn to for help?
