    How to Undo an Adoption?
    I understand all that was said, adoption should be forever, however.. if the Mom is well now, (once drug addicted). The state gave her back one of her kids, and the two I have WANT to go back to their MOM, how do we undo an adoption ?

    Are you the adoptive parent?

    Essentially there is no "undoing" of an adoption unless fraud or coercion was involved.

    However, if both adoptive parents and birthmom are in agreement, then it's possible to go back to court and have the birthmom adopt her children from you.

    I would talk to a lawyer specializing in family law in your area.
