How to go about suing repo man
My car was repo'd by a repo man.. he didn't tow it he drove it away.. I went to where my car was to get my ID out of the car.. I had realized my floor shifter had been taking aloose.. I also notice my car speaker had a hole in it.. I finally get my car back after a couple weeks and now my check engine light is on and my car is running very bad and absolutely none of these problems was going on before he got the car.. is there anything I can do?

Did you have to sign any sort of release when you picked up the car?

If not, you should get an estimate for remedying the problem with the engine, repairing the shifter. Is the speaker not functioning, or is the damage merely cosmetic? If it's broken, get a price quote for a comparable speaker. With these figures, sue the repo man in small claims court.
