And after mentioning my name and the date that it happened, it says that " you took unlawful possession of its property and were apprehended as a result. This store intends to seek full compensation in civil court for its financial losses as a result of your actions. Retail Recovery Services Inc., an independent agency acting as the agent for the store will notify you of the specific amount being claimed and the methods of payment available to you. Be advised that we will be providing the personal information collected as a result of your apprehension to our client, its affiliated stores, Retail Recovery Services Inc., as paralegal for the client and any law enforcement authorities or courts as required by law."

What's going to happen? I'm really worried.Is there a way out of it? They also told me they're going to take a fingerprint from me? Is that true ?

Is this going to be a criminal record for me ?
