All I can remember is 2 guys on the beach taking pictures of hot girls singing "There She Goes Just A Walkin' Down The Street (Doo Wa Diddy)" and they pick the wrong girl and a fight breaks out and the camera is dropped and as it falls it photographs a murder or a crime of some sort
