    A house was bought by Bilal for Rs. 220000 by an agent, who received a commission of 1 and half(i.e, 1+ 1/2) %. How much commission he received ?

    Simply work out 10% of Rs 5000.

    Do you at least know what '%' means?

    Same thing here. Find 1 and half percent of Rs 220000.
